changing your program ensures you will continue to see results
and not hit a a training plateau. When you achieve a balance
between these three components, you will see the best results
possible from your training efforts.
Not only is a complimentary workout with one of our trainers
included in your membership, but also are our Fitness
Educational Workshops.
Knowledge is at the forefront of any successful
journey, so whether you choose to work with a trainer, a
workout partner,
or alone, we highly recommend you attend our workshops for
motivation and support. Our workshops teach our Periodization philosophy
and help you achieve your Triangle

What Will I Experience from the Workout?
- An intense workout appropriate
for your level of fitness
- Slight elevation in heart rate,
some sweating, and general tightness of major muscle
groups
- General soreness afterward (stretching
properly before and after exercise will decrease soreness)
