The Triangle of Success
The Transition Training philosophy is based on the Periodization of resistance training, sound nutrition, and cardiovascular training - our Triangle of Success. Periodically changing your program ensures you will continue to see results and not hit a a training plateau. When you achieve a balance between these three components, you will see the best results possible from your training efforts.

Not only is a complimentary workout with one of our trainers included in your membership, but also are our Fitness Educational Workshops. Knowledge is at the forefront of any successful journey, so whether you choose to work with a trainer, a workout partner, or alone, we highly recommend you attend our workshops for motivation and support. Our workshops teach our Periodization philosophy and help you achieve your Triangle of Success.

Your Fitness Consultation Will Consist of:

  • Health History Screening
  • Goal Setting
  • Start-Up Recommendations
  • Body Fat Analysis

So you don't waste your time in the gym!

What Will I Experience from the Workout?

  • An intense workout appropriate for your level of fitness
  • Slight elevation in heart rate, some sweating, and general tightness of major muscle groups
  • General soreness afterward (stretching properly before and after exercise will decrease soreness)

How Long Will It Take?

  • Allow 60 minutes for your Complimentary Fitness Consultation (30 minutes for the consultation and 30 minutes for the workout)

What Should I Wear?

  • Loose-fitting, comfortable exercise clothing is desirable

Other Considerations:

  • Please arrive five minutes early to get the most out of your consultation.
  • Please give twenty-four hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Our training staff will make every effort to reschedule you as soon as possible.
