A practical program focused on surviving violent situations inside confined spaces like our homes, apartments, farms, and remote properties. Participant learns how to navigate within own home, using whatever possible to their advantage under stress with or without tools.

Training structure:

Total: 20 hours over 4 weekends or split evenings to fit your agenda

  • 14 hours of practical training (drills and scenarios) conducted on-site at the location you wish to protect.
  • 6 hours theory — classroom-based at our office in Baarn or hybrid onsite

 

Course Description

This is a 1:1 private training. Home-defense requires personal assessment and tailored coaching based on your own living environment

An optional module covers tool handling for licensed gun / Air pistols owners, and airsofters is available (not included)

 

Topics

Session 1 > Home Layout and movement

  • Blind spots, choke points, fatal funnels
  • Light/shadow use
  • Cover vs concealment
  • Safe-room planning & evacuation
  • Footwork in small rooms, hallways, stairs
  • Cornering without silhouette exposure
  • Threshold checksvs entring
  • Door navigation: push/pull, angles, cover

 

Session 2 — Family Protection, Communication & Barricading

  • Moving children/dependents to safety
  • Silent & low-light communication
  • Barricade creation with furniture
  • Buying time under pressure

 

Session 3 — Practical Tools, Improvised Defense & Legal Boundaries

  • Flashlights and handheld objects
  • Household improvised tools
  • Distance control when armed
  • Legal framework for home defense
  • Proportionality, necessity, immediate threat
  • What civilians can/can’t do
  • Aftermath: emergency calls, reporting, first actions

 

Session 4 — Krav Maga (CQC) for Indoor Survival

  • Defensive positioning indoors
  • Surviving grabs, pushes, fast ambushes
  • Ground survival indoors
  • Knife-awareness for confined spaces (non-sparring)

 

Session 5 — Medical self aid BLS

  • Basic life support
  • Bleeding control until EMS arrives

 

Optional Firearm/Airsoft Module: Not included topics are,
• Muzzle handling in confined rooms
• Angles of fire, penetration awareness
• Target ID under stress
• Dry runs with replica/airsoft
• Legal notes for NL gun owners

 

Outcome

By the end of the course, participants know their home layout in detail, can spot and fix vulnerabilities, position furniture to support movement and defense, identify choke points and escape routes, use improvised tools with intent, and communicate effectively with family members during a real home-invasion scenario
