  1. Definitions

Training: Any educational or practical course organized by Transition Training.

Participant: A person who has completed registration, paid the course fee (or deposit), and confirmed attendance.

Organizer: Transition Training.

Valid Information: Up-to-date details regarding the training published on www.transition-training.com.

 

  1. Registration & Payment

Registration must be completed via the Transition Training website.

Participants must provide accurate personal information; Transition Training is not liable if incorrect data prevents communication.

Payment options: Bank transfer or Revolute

Deposit option: A non-refundable deposit (e.g., €100) secures your place; the remaining balance is due at least 7 working days before training starts.

Full payment in advance is also accepted.

Payment must clearly reference the participant’s name, course, and date.

Transition Training reserves the right to refuse entry if payment is not properly identified.

 

  1. Cancellation & Refunds

By Transition Training: The organizer may reschedule or cancel training up to 3 days prior to the start. Paid fees may be:

Refunded to the original payment method, or Applied to a future course (participant chooses).

By Participant: Written resignation (email or mail) must be submitted.

Refunds:

≥21 days before: 100%

7–20 days before: 50%

<7 days before: 0%

Refunds may be applied once to another course if both parties agree.

No refund for no-shows.

 

  1. Force Majeure

Transition Training is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics/pandemics, or government restrictions.

Fees paid will be applied to a rescheduled course.

 

  1. Participant Conduct

Follow all instructions from Transition Training staff and trainers.

No alcohol, drugs, or unsafe behavior permitted.

Observe fire safety, equipment use, and site rules.

Participants are financially liable for damages caused to property or equipment.

Transition Training may remove participants who breach rules; no refund will be given in such cases.

Participants must immediately report hazardous situations affecting safety.

 

  1. Equipment & Personal Items

Participants provide their own protective gear, hygiene items, and clothing suitable for the course and weather.

Transition Training is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

 

  1. Course Content & Outcome

Transition Training provides professional, practical training, but results depend on participant effort and compliance.

Transition Training is not liable for personal injury arising from non-compliance, pre-existing conditions, or misuse of techniques.

 

  1. Data Protection

Transition Training collects and processes personal data in compliance with GDPR.

Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

Data is used solely for training administration and communication.

 

  1. Complaints

Submit complaints in writing within 14 days of course completion.

Transition Training will respond within 14 days.

Late complaints may not be considered.

 

  1. Governing Law & Disputes

European law applies; the competent court is the Transition Training registered office location.

Matters not covered herein are governed by the Civil Code of the respective jurisdiction.
