Training structure:
Total: 20 hours over 4 weekends or split evenings to meet your agenda

  • 14 hours practical (drills, scenarios, stress exposure).
  • 6 hours theory — divided at our office in Baarn

 

Violence Prevention is not optional.
Whether at work, the gym, on vacation, or in daily life, threats don’t announce themselves. You train to recognize, avoid, and handle them. No fitness or background required but preferred

– Basic risk & threat assessment for daily life

 

2. Managing human conflict
– Communication & non verbal cues
– Spotting pre-attack cues
– Understanding what’s proportional and excessive force

 

3. High-risk survival blocks
– Anti-counter-surveillance basics
– Self-protection essentials
– Knife survival principles
– Ground survival and escape
– Immediate medical response ( stop the bleed, cuts, stabs, gunshot trauma basics)
