- Break contact safely and create space for escape when needed
- Make calm, legally sound decisions by understanding the laws of self defence
- Stay aware and in control in your daily environment
Training structure:
Duration: 20 hours
Schedule: Planned in consultation — typically 4 Sundays (5 hours) or flexible evening sessions aligned with your agenda

Whether at work, the gym, on vacation, or in daily life, threats don’t announce themselves. You train to recognize, avoid, and handle them. No fitness or background required but preferred

– Immediate medical response ( stop the bleed, cuts, stabs, gunshot trauma basics)
